Beginning with the US, Blue Dart plans to progressively extend the service to other relevant markets

Blue Dart Express has launched B2C cross-border parcel shipping service to help Indian e-commerce firms and SMEs, the company said on Monday. 

Beginning with the US, Blue Dart plans to progressively extend the service to other relevant markets, including the UK, countries in the European Union, Canada and Australia. The service supports eligible B2C parcels weighing 50 g to 11 kg across categories.

Dipanjan Banerjee, Chief Commercial Officer, Blue Dart, said, “India’s B2C e-commerce exports are currently estimated at around $2 billion, reflecting the opportunity for Indian businesses to reach overseas customers. For many sellers, the choice has been between premium-priced express delivery and lower-cost postal shipping. Our International Parcel Connect service bridges this gap.
